Restrictions:

A person appointed a proxy must be another voting member of the Committee.
The Secretary or Treasurer may appoint a proxy only with the Committee’s approval
A person may be appointed the proxy for not more than one voting of the committee for a meeting.

Appointment:

A properly completed proxy form must be given before the start of the meeting.
A proxy has effect for not more than one meeting of the committee; and
Ceases to have effect immediately after the meeting.
